Abstract submission is a central part of the National Training Day and trainees are strongly encouraged to submit their work.
Submitting an abstract offers the opportunity to present your work to a national audience, gain valuable presentation experience, and receive feedback from peers and senior colleagues across disciplines.
Abstracts may describe:
• A case report or case series
• An audit or service evaluation
• A clinical, basic or translational research project
Selected abstracts will be invited for oral or poster presentation on the day.
Bursary awards
The highest-scoring abstracts will be recognised through bursary awards, presented at the close of the meeting.
