
About this trial
The purpose of this trial is to determine the safety and efficacy of the drug lithium and the optimum dose when used with standard chemotherapy. It will also establish how well lithium works in combination with oxaliplatin and capecitabine to treat patients with advanced oesophago-gastric or colorectal cancer. The study will also be used to learn more about this drug and this type of cancer.
