
About this trial
This is a randomized phase II study. Patients will be randomised between current standard of care treatment (Arm 1) vs. omission of radiation to the pathologically node negative dissected hemi-neck(s) (Arm 2) in a 1:2 ratio.
Patient Profile
For patients with resected oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma with an indication for post-operative radiation therapy, and at least one pathologically node negative dissected hemi-neck.
