In 2015 our governance structure was strengthened to make certain that we meet the best practice standards, facilitate our growth and ensure that all of our various strands are strategically aligned.
Central to this governance structure is our 1. Board of Directors and Committees of the Board overseeing:
- the 2. Clinical Leadership which provides oversight and monitoring of the overall cancer trials portfolio and its development
- the 3. Cancer Trials Research Units in 16 hospitals across Ireland where trials are conducted and
- the organisation's 4. Group Central Office Team which consists of highly qualified professional researchers and managers including our CEO.
